* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: You are eligible to compete in a MAXIMUM of SIX categories. This INCLUDES different age categories.

Please use this guide when choosing your category/categories:

Novice = First time competitor or no previous NPAA placing in Top 5 (women) or Top 3 (men)
Junior = 16 - 18 within the year of the competition (sports model, men's physique and women's bikini only)
Masters = 35+ for women, 40+ for men
Grand Masters =46+ (bikini only)

Open = MUST be NPAA qualified - top 5 women/top 3 men in an NPAA novice event in the past 2 years.

Athletes who hold a NPAA Elite-Pro card or Pro card in another federation are permitted to enter the Open division of a category in which the do not possess a Pro card.

NPAA Elite-Pro = must hold an NPAA Elite-Pro card within the past 2 years

NPAA Masters Elite-Pro = must hold a NPAA Masters Elite-Pro card within the past 2 years

PNBA Pro = must hold a valid PNBA Pro Card

CROSSOVER (i.e. an additional category):

WOMEN'S SPORTS MODEL:

Open, Novice, Elite-Pro, Women's Sports Model competitors are permitted to crossover to Bikini

Open, Novice, or Elite-Pro Women's Sports Model competitors are permitted to crossover to Masters Sports Model

Women's Sports Models are NOT permitted to crossover into Wellness or Figure

WOMEN'S BIKINI:

Open, Novice, Elite-Pro, Bikini Model competitors are permitted to crossover to Wellness

Open, Novice, or Elite-Pro Bikini Model competitors are permitted to crossover to Masters Bikini Model

Bikini Models are NOT permitted to crossover into Figure

WOMEN'S WELLNESS:

Open, Novice, Elite-Pro, or Masters Wellness competitors are permitted to crossover to Figure

Open, Novice, Elite-Pro, or Masters Wellness competitors are permitted to crossover to Bikini Model

Men's Physique competitors are permitted to crossover to Men's Sports Model and Men's Classic Physique.

Men's Physique competitors are NOT permitted to crossover to Men's Bodybuilding.

MEN'S CLASSIC PHYSIQUE:

Men's Classic Physique competitors are permitted to crossover into Men's Bodybuilding (Novice or Open) or Men's Physique

Men's Classic Physique competitors are NOT permitted to crossover to Men's Sports Model.

MEN'S BODYBUILDING:

Men's Bodybuilders are permitted to crossover to Men's Classic Physique

Men's Bodybuilders are NOT permitted to crossover to Men's Sports Model or Men's Physique
